Click create VLAN                                                                     Click create VLAN

3. Combination of VLAN and USB TO LAN

4. VLAN directly to AP - No VLAN capable switch/managed switch or no VLAN capable Router

You can still use VLAN if you dont have a VLAN capable router or a VLAN capable switch but have a VLAN capable AP such as TL-EAP110 and TL-EAP225. Remember VLAN on AP's portal must be enabled.

You can also use switch when using VLAN capable AP. But all AP must have VLAN capable or else connecting Access Point(AP) via AP mode on switch will give then free internet because they will be connected directly to ISP.

Bridges (br0,br1,br2...)
Combining2 or more interface into single network and shares single IP subnet. The purpose is to have same portal IP throughout different interfaces. Their individual IP is discarded and uses the subnet of the bridge interface. This may also be used when grouping different network into single network found on the same location base on their purpose and use.
Below is sample of a bridge network where vlan22(eth0.22) and wlan0(Builtin wifi) are bridge together via 10.0.0.1/20 network.

Common misconception:

Safeguarding Your Adopisoft Account: Essential Security Tips

Here at AdoPiSoft, we take the security of your accounts very seriously. To ensure the continued safe operation of your vending machines and manager accounts, we kindly ask you to follow these important security practices:

1. Unique Passwords:

Never use the same password for your Adopisoft manager account, vending machine credentials, and email address. This creates a single point of failure; if one password is compromised, both accounts are at risk.

Create strong, unique passwords for both accounts. A strong password should be at least 12 characters long and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

These are the 3 accounts for managing adopisoft:

I. The adopisoft manager account, accessible through http://manager.adopisoft.com, acts as the central hub for managing your wifi vendo business. Here, you can create and manage user accounts, monitor sales reports, and manage machines and licenses,sub-vendo credit, and ECASH payments.

II. For individual machine control, you can access each vendo machine's local web interface through a web browser at http://10.0.0.1/admin on your local network. This interface allows you to view real-time machine status, adjust local settings, and potentially troubleshoot any connectivity issues.

III. Finally, a separate email account, accessed through your preferred email provider's webmail interface or email client, is crucial for receiving important notifications from AdoPiSoft. This could include system updates, account verification messages, license activation, revoke and license transfer, or even critical alerts about your vendo machines. Remember, the specific server details for accessing your email will depend on the email provider you use (e.g., Gmail- https://mail.google.com/mail/, Yahoo Mail - https://mail.yahoo.com/, etc.).

By effectively utilizing these three accounts, you can maintain control over your wifi vendo business, ensuring smooth operation and maximizing your profits.

2. Secure Login Practices:

Always log out of your AdoPiSoft manager account after each session or use incognito mode(CTRL+SHIFT+N in Chrome). This is especially important if you are using a public computer or a shared device.

Do not share your login credentials with anyone. This includes employees, colleagues, or anyone else.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your email account. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a second verification code in addition to your password when logging in.

3. Public and Shared Devices:

Avoid logging in to your AdoPiSoft manager account on public computers or shared devices. If absolutely necessary, ensure you log out completely and clear your browsing history before leaving the device.

By following these simple security practices, you can help to protect your AdoPiSoft accounts and vending machines from unauthorized access.

Additional Tips:

Be cautious about clicking on suspicious links or downloading attachments from unknown senders. Phishing scams can attempt to steal your login credentials.

If you believe your password has been compromised, change it immediately for both your Adopisoft manager account and your email address.

Securing your account is a collaborative effort between you and Adopisoft. We are committed to providing a secure platform, but your active participation is crucial in safeguarding your information. By following these security best practices, you not only protect your data but also contribute to the overall security of the Adopisoft community.

Together, we can create a stronger and more secure environment for everyone.

By following these simple security practices, you can significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access to your Adopisoft account and protect your valuable data.

If you have any questions or require further assistance with securing your accounts, please don't hesitate to contact Adopisoft support.

Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a secure environment for everyone using Adopisoft.

Adopisoft Subvendo Credits

What is subvendo credit?

Advanced Sub Vendo Capabilities:

1. auto select coin slot if one coin slot is assigned in every interface

2. capability to have different rates in every sub vendo

3. Sub vendo credit is P399 for additional sub vendo with separate rates from the free basic version. You need to separate the sub vendo interface before you activate the advanced sub vendo on that separate interface or else you might need to buy sub vendo credits to all of your available coinslot whether its main or sub.

If your having 2 or more coinslot using the 10.0.0.1 interface, you need to buy credits to all of your availalbe coinslot or else you cannot use the rest of the coinslot whether its main os sub in that interface without assigning sub vendo credit to it

Please separate the interface and assign sub vendo credit to that interface so that your main interface is still free to use without needing a sub vendo credits

Example of Using subvendo credit:

Ex vlan22 10.0.0.1

       Subvendo Coinslot A

       Subvendo Coinslot B

     usb to lan 20.0.0.1

       subvendo coinslot C

     usb to LAN 30.0.0.1

        subvendo coinslot D

     vlan23 40.0.0.1

        subvendo coinslot E

        subvendo coinslot F

Scenario1: wala kang sub vendo credit.During insert coin lahat ng coinslot lalabas from A to F

With P1.00 credit everytime you press insert coin
Solution: there are 2 slider switch at the back of a coinslot. Make sure it is both switched upward.

The 5 coin and the 10 coin produces 1 credit
solution: uncheck Block fast insert if your using powercut setup. Enabling Block fast insert will work only when using SET PIN.

Solution: Try LOOP sa coinslot reading type. Mas minimize ang di nagcredit sa LOOP. From my observation and testing although depende pa rin sa coinslot.

Sometimes coins inserted doesn't credit
Solution: Try LOOP.This will minimize not credited coins. Its from my observation and testing although it depends on coin slot.

Here are more probable culprits for the unrecognized coins:

  • Dirty or faulty sensor: Dust, debris, or a malfunctioning sensor can prevent proper coin detection.
  • Loose connections: A loose wire connecting the coin slot to the machine can disrupt communication.
  • Incorrect calibration: The coin slot might be programmed to recognize specific sizes and weights, and if the calibration is off, it might reject valid coins.
  • Foreign objects: Sometimes, objects like pins or washers can get stuck in the mechanism, causing jams and disrupting coin recognition.

Here's a troubleshooting approach:

  1. Check for blockages: See if any foreign objects are stuck in the coin slot.
  2. Clean the sensor: Use a can of compressed air to gently blow out any dust or debris.
  3. Verify power supply: Ensure the coin slot is receiving the correct voltage (usually 12V DC).
4. Check Pin Assignment vs sa kung saan nakasaksak na pin sa board(the position of the wire where it is inserted on the pin. By default PIN3 for white wire and PIN5 for relay in the assignment at dapat sa PIN3 at PIN5 din sakasaksak sa board (and at the same time, it should be inserted on pin3 and pin5 of the board.
coinslot white wire - responsible for pulse reading

Solution:
By default ito ang payment portal pulse settings
1 pulse = P1.00
5 pulse = P5.00
10 pulse = P10.00
20 pulse = P20.00

4 pulse = P5
9 pulse = P10
19 pulse = P20
